• Premium Subscriptions – Custom intelligence reports for paying clients

3.2 Prohibited Activities

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

6.3 No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments or single report purchases, except where required by law.

6.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6.5 Service Delivery

• Reports typically delivered within hours of request
• Enterprise: Priority turnaround under 6 hours
• Fully Exclusive, Story-Specific Analysis:
  • Each analysis is tied specifically to the story your team submits
  • There is no reuse, resale, or repurposing of your submitted story analysis
  • Exclusivity applies solely to the submitted story, not the underlying news event
  • Even if another client submits a different story about the same event, their analysis will be entirely separate and unique

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Lumadin, including articles, analysis, reports, methodology, and AI systems, is the intellectual property of Lumadin. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish our content without permission
• Use our analysis for commercial purposes without appropriate licensing
• Reverse engineer, replicate, or misuse our analytical methodology
• Create derivative works based on our content

8. User-Generated Content

Comments and user submissions must comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumadin shall not be liable for:
